Posmo Segments 1.1

POSMO Segments enables movement tracking across common transport modes. In this initial release, single-mode segments are supported for the following activities:

• Walking
• Running
• Cycling (by bike)
• Driving a car
• Public transport
• Electric kick scooters
• Skateboards

Saving segments to posmo.datamap.io allows you to review speed profiles, identify stop points, and see where and when you paused; you can also download your data for offline analysis.

Segments are recorded at 50 Hz. We recommend limiting each segment to no more than 90 minutes. In the next release, data usage will be reduced to support longer segments and journeys, such as a multi-segment route from home to work.

This is the initial release; further updates are anticipated.
